Multiskilled operative - Oxford

We're looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join one of our excellent long-standing clients on a 4-day night shift project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects, and we're looking for operatives who share the same professional attitude and standard of workmanship.

The role will involve a variety of tasks, including tape and jointing, making good walls after wall removals, taking down metal framework, installing suspended/grid ceilings, and assisting with general refurbishment works. You'll need to be confident working across multiple trades and able to produce a high-quality finish.

Role Details:

  • Position: Multi-Skilled Operative
  • Duration: 4 days
  • Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am (Night Shifts)

Duties Include:

  • Tape and jointing.
  • Making good walls following wall removals.
  • Taking down metal framework.
  • Installing suspended/grid ceilings.
  • General refurbishment and finishing works.
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card – essential.
  • Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate – essential (we can help you obtain this if required).
  • Previous experience in multi-skilled refurbishment works.
  • Confident carrying out tape and jointing to a high standard.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Own tools preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
